Judgment
The matter was taken up today through Video Conferencing at 11:50 AM.
Heard Ms. Babita Jain, Advocate for the RP/ Applicant through video conferencing, who has filed the present IA No.283/2020 in CP No.(IB)342/ALD/2018 under Section 12(2) of IBC praying for extension of the CIRP for a period of 90 days beyond 180 days.
It is contended by the Ld. Counsel for the applicant that the CoC in its 6th meeting held on 07.11.2020, has approved the resolution for grant of such extension by 72.73% voting strength.
In view of the submission made by the Ld. Counsel for the applicant/ RP, this Court is of the opinion that the application for grant of extension be allowed.
Accordingly, extension of 90 days period beyond 180 days is granted.
IA No.283/2020 stands disposed off accordingly.
