IA No.117 of 2020 is filed under section 12A of IBC, 2016 for withdrawal of main CP (IB) 422 of 2018 on the ground settlement. We perused the record. Committee of Creditors (COC) in their meeting dated 04.08.2020 passed resolution for withdrawal of main CP (IB) 422 of 2018 by 100% voting. No claims from other creditors appears to be received. In view of above, IA No.117 of 2020 stands disposed-off.

In view of this, TP 247 of 2019 [CP(IB) 422 of 2018] stands withdrawn and disposed-off.
