Judgment
IA-2125/2022:
This application is filed under Section 60(5)(c) of IBC, 2016, r/w rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016 making request for appointment for proposed Resolution Professional as Resolution Professional in the matter. Prayer for the following relief:
i)To allow the present application; ii) To appoint the Resolution Professional as proposed by the Applicant Financial Creditor i.e. Mr. Sajjan Kumar Dokania, an Insolvency Professional enrolled with Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI having Registrations Number IBBI/IPA-003/IP-N000150/2017-2018/11729 and iii) Pass such other orders/directions as this Hon'ble Bench may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
Considering the submissions and averments made in the application, the prayer for appointment of Resolution Professional i.e., Mr. Sajjan Kumar Dokania is allowed.
The applicant is granted 10 days' time for appointment of the Resolution Professional.
Accordingly, this IA-2125/2022 is allowed.
