In this case the name of CA Vivek Parti, Insolvency Professional having registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00813/2017-18/11376 has been proposed as the Resolution Professional (RP) by the applicant i.e. Bank of Baroda.
As seen from records, this Adjudicating Authority had issued limited notice on 24.01.2022.
Nobody is present from the side of Personal Guarantor. Ld. Counsel for the RP is present and seeks approval from this Authority for appointment of the RP in this application.
Accordingly, we appoint CA Vivek Parti as the RP in this case and he is directed to file report under Section 99 within ten days and also seek details from the personal guarantor i.e. Mr. Sameer Khanna.
At request of Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner, list the matter for physical hearing on 05.08.2022.
