Judgment

Heard Mr. Avinash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners; and Mr. T. Sharath, learned Standing Counsel for Kaloji Narayana Rao Health University appearing on behalf of respondent No.2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for some time prays for disposal of the instant Writ Petition with liberty to approach the respondent-authorities by way of detailed representation seeking to consider the case of the petitioners under NRI Quota in spite of the fact that at the time of filling up of the registration form, the petitioners have not sought for an admission under the NRI Quota, under the compelling circumstances then prevailing.
On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel for Kaloji Narayana Rao Health University submits that liberty should be left with the respondent-authorities to consider the representation strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field.
Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to approach the respondents by way of detailed representation, which shall be considered by the respondent-authorities in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
