This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking implementation of the resolution passed by the Municipal Board, Rawatsar, according compassionate appointment to the petitioner.
It is, inter-alia, indicated that on an application made by the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment after following the procedure as indicated in the Rajasthan Compassionate Appointment of Dependents of Deceased Government Servant Rules, 1996, by resolution dated 01.07.2021 (Annex.4), it was resolved to accord appointment to the petitioner, however, despite passage of over 05 months, the formal order has not been passed by the respondents and therefore, they may be directed to follow the resolution and pass appropriate order.
In view of the submissions made and the documents produced in the writ petition, the respondent Nos.3 & 4 are directed to pass appropriate order pursuant to the resolution dated 01.07.2021 regarding grant of compassionate appointment to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this order is placed by the petitioner with the respondents.
The passing of the order as above, be not taken a direction to accord appointment to the petitioner, the direction is to pass appropriate order.
With the above, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of.
