After arguing for some time, Mr. Sukhdev Singh, leaned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Tribunal to withdraw the present OA, with the liberty to file a better one.

Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer is allowed. The OA is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid. There shall be no order as to costs.
