When the matter is called out, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner.
Ms.Manisha Luvkumar learned Government Pleader is present for and on behalf of State and Ms.Archana U. Amin advocate is present on behalf
of the respondent no.3.
Connect with Special Civil Application No.3954 of 2021 as according to Ms.Archana Amin the said matter is identical to the present case. It has
been stated by learned counsel for the respondent that subsequent developments have taken place as a result of which this petition may not require
any further consideration and the appropriate remedy available to the petitioners is to follow the statutory remedy.
Ms.Manisha Luvkumar learned GP upon instructions has stated that actual possession has been taken over by the State and further a reference
under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has also been
made.
Let this matter be listed on 28.06.2021. In the meantime Ms.Amin may file an appropriate affidavit placing on record the relevant facts and
documents.
