Judgment
Gurvinder Singh Gill, J
By way of filing the instant petition, the petitioners seek issuance of directions to protect their lives and liberty.
Respondent No.4 – Ajaib Singh and respondent No.5 – Deepak Singh alongwith one of their relative namely Narender Singh are present. All threeof them have assured this Court that they shall not cause any harm to the petitioners.
Mr. J.S. Thakur, Advocate representing respondents No.4 and 5 has also assured that he shall advise his clients not to take Law in their hands.
In view of the aforestated position, learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in case at a later stage, the petitioners apprehend any kind of threat to their lives and liberty.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off accordingly.
