P.Madhavan, Judicial Member When the matter was taken up for consideration, counsel for the respondents submits that he has filed a memo stating that the reliefs have been granted. Counsel for the applicant submits that reliefs have substantially been granted and the Original Application has become infructuous. In view of the above, the Original Application is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
