This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order dated 16.10.2022 (Annex.5) whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Hanumangarh Town to Kolayat.
Submissions have been made that the respondents is contrary to the provisions as the petitioner has not been accorded TA/DA.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents made submissions that the order dated 16.10.2022 has been amended by the respondents, whereby it has been clarified that as the transfers are for administrative reasons, the transferred employees would be entitled to TA/DA and as such the grievances as raised in the present petition has come to an end.
In view of submissions made by the counsel for the respondents, no case for interference is made out in the petition, the same is therefore, dismissed.
In case the petition has still any other grievance qua the transfer, the petitioner can approach the respondents by way of appropriate representation. In case the petitioner makes such a representation, the same shall be dealt with appropriately and expeditiously by the competent authority.
