Judgment
V.K. Ahuja, J.—No notice need be issued to Respondent No. 4.
The Petitioner, who is posted as Forest Guard has challenged his impugned transfer order, dated 3.8.2011, Annexure P-3, vide which he has been transferred allegedly from Trilokpur beat to Larji, Check Post. In reply submitted by Respondents No. 1 to 3, it has been clearly mentioned at para 7 that he has not been transferred from Trilokpur to Larji and nobody has been placed in his place and he has been temporarily deployed at Larji Check Post. Therefore, the Petitioner has no grievance since he has been temporarily deployed at Larji Check Post and he will be entitled to all TA & DA as per rules. However, the Petitioner has any grievance against his temporary deployment at Larji, Check Post by the employer, he is at liberty to make a representation to Respondent No. 3 within two weeks from today, who shall look into the grievance of the Petitioner and pass an appropriate order accordingly. Representation shall be submitted accordingly along with copies of the writ petition and the order, and such representation shall be decided by Respondent No. 3 within a period of four weeks thereafter.
With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
