Judgment
Daya Chaudhary, J.—Short reply by way of an affidavit of Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Batala on behalf of respondent No. 4 has been filed in Court today and the same is taken on record.
Learned counsel for respondent No. 4 on the basis of short reply submits that all necessary payment has been released to the petitioner and now nothing is due towards respondent No. 4.
Reply on behalf of respondent-State has been filed in Court today and the same is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State on the basis of reply submits that pension, commuted pension and arrears of pension in the revised pay scale has been released to the petitioner vide cheque No. 382543 dated 14.11.2011 and pension upto the month of October, 2011 has also been made to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is some miscalculation on the part of Municipal Council.
In view of the submissions made by counsel for the respondent-State as well as respondent No. 4 that all the payment has been released to the petitioner, nothing remain in the petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
However, if some miscalculation is there in the amount released to the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned authorities by way of representation, which shall be decided by the concerned authorities.
