Kuldip Singh, J.—The learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the stand of the respondents the pensionary benefits have been paid to the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per Annexure R-IV dated 24.4.2002 an amount of Rs. . 30,741/- has not been paid to petitioner, rather this amount has been recovered from the due amount payable to the petitioner. The Annexure R-IV dated 24.4.2002 has not been assailed in the petition. The respondents have shown cause in the reply that initially the pensionary benefits were not paid to the petitioner on account of some inquiry but lateron the pensionary benefits have been paid to the petitioner except an amount of Rs. . 30,741/- . In case the petitioner has still grievance regarding the recovery of Rs. . 30,741/- vide Annexure R-IV dated 24.4.2002 he is at liberty to approach the competent authority and the competent authority shall decide the matter within a period of two months from the date of filing representation alongwith a copy of this judgment by petitioner. The petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
