Judgment
ORDER
The Applicant is represented by Mr. M. Arunachalam, Advocate and the Respondent is represented by Ms. Harishini Jothiraman, Advocate through video conferencing platform.
This Application is filed by the sole Financial Creditor for appointment of Ms. Renukadevi Rangaswamy as the Resolution Professional under Section 22 of the IBC, 2016 and the decision in this regard has been taken in the 2nd CoC Meeting held on 05.08.2021. The proposed Learned RP has also given her consent in writing and the same is enclosed as Exhibit A-5.
The same is taken on record and accordingly Ms. Renukadevi Rangaswamy (IBV/IVA-001/IB-P01863/2019-2020/12871) is appointed as the RP.
Accordingly, this Application is Allowed.
