Learned counsel for the applicant states that the respondents have filed a writ petition before the High Court of Delhi, challenging the order passed in the OA and he is instructed to withdraw the CP to take further steps in accordance with the outcome of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the CP is closed. It is left upon to the petitioner to pursue the remedies depending upon the outcome of the Writ Petition.
