Heard counsel for the petitioner and the opposite parties.

In the show-cause filed earlier on 05.07.2016, a reasoned order passed by the Managing Director, Mineral Area Development Authority was enclosed in compliance of the directions issued in the writ petition showing admissible dues of Rs. 12,40,483/- under different heads payable in installment of Rs. 50,000/-, as per scheme framed for retired employees of MADA. Petitioner was given time to file objection thereto. However, the claim relating to the salary for the period October 2014 to 12.02.2015 i.e. when he had discharged duties after his retirement, were not computed, nor paid. Time was granted to the opposite party to state so. A reasoned order dated 15.02.2017 bearing memo no. 182 has again been passed by the Managing Director, MADA and placed on record by the learned counsel for the opposite parties today which shows that Rs. 1,05,750/- is admissible salary for the said period which is to be paid in installment of Rs. 25,000/- due to weak financial conditions of MADA. Petitioner has again been granted liberty to file objection to the same. The reasoned order dated 15.02.2017 is taken on record.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that break up of salary has not yet been supplied and payments are also to be made, as per the reasoned order.

Having considered the aforesaid circumstances, this contempt petition is disposed of with the observation that the opposite party would supply break up of the salary for the period October 2014 to 12.02.2015 to the petitioner within a period of four weeks and also commence payment, as per installment fixed. Petitioner is at liberty to file an objection to the same thereafter within a period of 15 days.
