Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the directions of this Tribunal passed in the aforesaid OA, the respondents have passed order dated 30.04.2021.

In view of the aforesaid, the present CP is closed. Notices are discharged. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to agitate his grievance, if any, in accordance with law, if so advised.
