The present interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to change the provision of law mentioned in the present C.M.P from ‘’Article 226’’ to ‘’Article 227’’ of the Constitution of India.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present interlocutory application, the petitioner is permitted to change the provision of law mentioned in the present C.M.P from ‘’Article 226’’ to ‘’Article 227’’ of the Constitution of India.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to change the provision of law mentioned in the present C.M.P as ‘’Article 227’’ of the Constitution of India in course of the day.
The present interlocutory application stands disposed of.

Mr. Mahesh Tewari, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for and is permitted to implead the Jharkhand State Housing Board, through its Managing Director, Ranchi as the respondent No. 2 in the present C.M.P.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve two copies of the present C.M.P to learned counsel for the Jharkhand State Housing Board by 29.11.2023.
