Judgment
The petitioners are directed to file the deficit court fees within two weeks from today.
So far as the other defects are concerned, the same are ignored for the present.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that after investigation the police have submitted final report with a finding that the case is not true. He further submits that no order, on the aforesaid report, has been passed by the court below as yet.
In this application the petitioners have prayed to release the gas cylinders, which were seized in connection with Hazaribagh Sadar (Lohsinghna) P.S. Case No. 469 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1842/2017), registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
Before proceeding any further, I direct the S.D.J.M., Hazaribagh to pass an appropriate order in Hazaribagh Sadar (Lohsinghna) P.S. Case No. 469 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1842/2017) on the aforesaid report, within three weeks from today and communicate the order to this Court.
List this case after four weeks.
