By Mallika Arya, AM.-

Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has given a representation dated 22.05.2025 (Annexure A-13) seeking grant of benefit of Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- on completion of four years of regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs.4800/- in the light of the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi dated 14.03.2023 in WP No.5518/2021. However, vide the order dated 12.02.2026 (Annexure A-14) his representation has been rejected on the ground that the order passed in WP No.5518/2021 (supra) cannot be implemented to those who were not the parties in that case. He further submits that similar issue has already been considered and decided by this Tribunal in Original Applications Nos.200/1063/2019 & 200/405/2024 on 27.11.2025. Therefore, this Original Application may also be disposed of in terms of the orders passed in Original Applications No.200/1063/2019 (supra).
