Heard Sri D.V.Sasidhar, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner.
It is the case of the Writ Petitioner that the Respondent No.2 namely The Commissioner and Director of School Education Department issued proceedings bearing Memo No.ESE02-19/6/2021-PS-3-CSE, dated 28.04.2022 (Ex.P2), whereby the name of the Writ Petitioner has been recommended for absorption into Aided post (at Sl.No.4 therein) in the existing vacancy basing on his request. The case of the Writ Petitioner is that, despite this recommendation dated 28.04.2022, his name has not been considered for absorption. Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner seeks a direction to the Competent Authority namely Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the case of the Writ Petitioner in the light of the recommendation as reflected in the Memo No.ESE02-19/6/2021-PS-3-CSE, dated 28.04.2022.
In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the recommendation made by the Respondent No.2 in favour of the Writ Petitioner for being absorbed into Aided post in the existing vacancy within four (04) weeks from the date of the receipt of this Order.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand disposed of in terms of this order.
