Heard Sri Papudippu Sashidar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj Rural Development appearing for respondent No.1; and Sri N. Ashwani Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State Election Commission appearing for respondent No.2.

Challenging the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation dated 28.10.2026 submitted by the petitioner, the instant Writ Petition has been filed.

Having regard to the submissions made, and without going into the merits of the case, as the representation submitted by the petitioner is pending consideration, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing respondents to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, on the representation dated 28.10.2026 submitted by the petitioner, forthwith.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
