Learned counsel for the Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment), Bihar representing respondents no. 2, 3 & 4 is present.
Earlier vide order dated 12.01.2011, this Court had directed to list this matter along with CWJC No. 14170/2010 and CWJC No. 14742/2010 and other analogous cases and when the matter was listed on 27.01.2012, the Court noticed that CWJC No.14742/2010 has already been disposed of. That day also, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners. In view of the disposal of CWJC No. 14742/2010, the Court observed: ?No orders need be passed?.
Learned counsel for the Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment), Bihar once again submits that in view of the disposal of CWJC No. 14742/2010 nothing remains for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. In Paragraph 9 of the Counter Affidavit filed on behalf these respondents it is specifically stated that these petitioners have been declared successful and selection letters were also sent to the petitioners.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. It is disposed of accordingly.
