We have heard today Mr. A Sengupta, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr. K Dutta, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. The Counsel are requested to submit their points of submission. The appellant shall form a table of assessment of damage having referred to the documents in the evidence, if required. Mr. Dutta, learned counsel shall submit similarly points of arguments having referred to the evidence, if required, for convenience of hearing.
Registry is directed to re-appreciate the record for purpose of locating whether Exhibit 57 has been made part of the paper book entirely, if the same has not been made part of the paper book for any reason. The reason, if any, should be stated by a note on the file, but if it is not so be done for inadvertence, a supplementary paper book be prepared by incorporating the document as a whole by the next date.
