ORDER
IA-1096/ND/2026: For the reasons stated in the application and in the wake of the order dated 09.05.2024 passed by Hon’ble NCLAT in Company Appeal (AT) Insolvency No. 912 of 2024 as also the order passed in I.A. No. 1670 of 2026 in Company Appeal (AT) Insolvency No. 912 of 2024 on 09.03.2026, the IA is allowed and the IB-570/ND/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.
The Corporate Debtor/Promoter is directed to ensure that the fees of the Monitor and Co-Monitor appointed by this Tribunal is paid.
