This application has been preferred by the respondent for filing additional reply and additional documents. It appears that the respondent has already filed reply in B.P. No. 399 of 2021.
Having heard counsels of both the sides and looking at the additional reply and additional documents it appears that the same affect the very root of this case. We, therefore, allow this M.A. and permit the respondent to file additional reply and additional documents at the cost of Rs.2500/- to be paid by the respondent to the petitioner by way of Bank Draft within a period of four weeks. This matter shall be listed before the court of Registrar on 10.1.2022.
Counsel appearing for the petitioner has objected that the additional reply and additional documents affect the very root of this case. The petitioner is permitted to file the reply to additional reply and additional documents in the Broadcasting Petition within two weeks from today.
This M.A. is disposed of.
