Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Tanya Arora, Advocate who has appeared today on behalf of respondent no. 1 in B P No. 426 of 2021. She has already filed vakalatnama and wants two week's time for filing reply. The prayer is allowed, but on account of delay in appearance although notice was served in June 2021, the reply shall be accepted only if a cost of Rs. 5000/- is deposited in favour of TDSAT Employees Welfare Society.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for, and is allowed, to serve fresh notice upon respondent no. 1 in B P Nos. 430 and 438 of 2021. Affidavit of service should be filed within three weeks. Other respondents have been served with notices between 5th and 16th June, 2021 but have chosen not to appear so far. In their respect, the prayer for ex-parte hearing is allowed. If reply is filed by respondent no. 1 in B P No. 426 of 2021, petitioner may file rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.
Post the matters before the Court of Registrar on 10.1.2022 for passing necessary orders and directions to make the petitions ready for hearing.
