O R D E R

Mr. Devul Dighe, Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor present. Mr. Aniruth Purusothaman i/b Punit Arora & Co., Ld. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor present.

Counsel for the Financial Creditor submits that he has filed the present company petition against the Corporate Debtor for a claim of Rs. 1,50,00,000/-. He further submits that the default period is from 15.02.2021 to 15.03.2021. The default committed by the Corporate Debtor and mentioned by the Financial Creditor, falls between 10A period. Once the default occurred in 10A period, the Company Petition is not maintainable. Hence, C.P.(IB)/642(MB)2022 is dismissed for not maintainable.
