Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The only relief claimed in the present writ petition is for issuing direction to the respondent herein to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 15.07.2026 passed by Managing Director of the respondent-Nigam, whereby his services has been terminated.
The appeal is stated to have been filed on 10.08.2026 and the submission is that the respondent be directed to decide the same expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Nigam states that the appeal would be decided within three months.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent-Nigam to decide the appeal within three months from the date of communication of the instant order.
Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
