The applicant was a candidate for the post of Conductor on short term contract basis for FCMS project under DTC. He was shortlisted and
subjected to medical examination. He was declared medically unfit on 15.10.2019, by the Medical Board nominated by DTC.
Thereafter, the applicant had made a representation dated 20.11.2019 for re-medical examination. There has been no response to this. Feeling
aggrieved this OA has been preferred.
Ms Ankita S, learned counsel for respondents, mentions that the representation is still under consideration and this OA can be disposed of by
directing the respondents to decide the same. The applicant requested that they may decide it within a fixed time period.
Matter has been heard. This OA is disposed of with directions to the respondents to decide on the pending representation dated 20.11.2019 by
passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of three months, under advice to the applicant.
It is made clear that the Tribunal has not gone into the merits of the case. OA is disposed of with aforesaid terms. No costs.
