Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:

That during the pendency of the O.A. Implementation of Annexure A-2 and A-3 may kindly be ordered to be stayed qua the applicants as has already been stayed innumerous identical cases Pertaining to identical issueand subject matter copy of the one order of the samei s being placed here in as AnnexureA-4. In case the operation of the impugned order is not stayed,the applicants would suffer irreparable loss,injury.From the facts and circumstances of the case,it is evident that a prima-facie case and balance of convenience is in favour of the applicants.

It is submitted that a similar has been considered by this Court leading to the judgment in Nek Ram and Ors. v. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. CWP (T) No. 14232 of 2008, decided on 17.11.2009.

There is no reply yet.Therefore,this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents/competent authority to extend the similar treatment to the Petitioners here in also as extended to the petitioners in the judgment referred to above,in case they are similarly situated to the Petitioners in the judgment referred to above.The needful shall be done with in a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with the copy of the judgment referred to above.
