Heard Shri Sampooran Tiwari, Learned Counsel for the petitioners on the question of admission and interim relief. The petitioners have filed this petition being aggrieved by the fact that the enquiry report u/s 176 of the Cr.P.C. dated 11.07.1012 has been submitted by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Tikamgarh in respect of the death of one Mohan Lal in which the petitioners, who are posted at Police Station Badagaon, Tikamgarh, have been held guilty. It is submitted that on the basis of the said enquiry report, the petitioners may be prosecuted.
Looking to the provisions of the Cr.P.C., the petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of with an observation to the effect that in case the petitioners approach the concerned Superintendent of Police, Tikamgarh with their grievance, the said authority shall look into the grievance of the petitioners and deal with the same in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the petition filed by the petitioners stands disposed of
