Judgment
ORDER
Ld. Counsel for the Successful Auction Purchaser appeared and submitted that since the Liquidator certificate was cancelled by IBBI on 20.11.2025 and further requested this Tribunal to appoint a new Liquidator to proceed further. Even, this Tribunal vide order dated 08.03.2024, recorded that Mr. Vineet Aggarwal, who is a liquidator appointed in this matter and his certificate was cancelled by IBBI by proceeding dated 20.11.2023.
In view of the above, this Adjudicating Authority appoints Mr. Parveen Bansal having IBBI Registration Number : IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00175/2017-18/10344, Email ID : parveen.bansal@pbinsolvency.com, Phone No. 9971593217 as a Liquidator.
Earlier appointed Liquidator, Mr. Vineet Aggarwal is discharged and is directed to hand over all the assets, information and documents to newly appointed Liquidator Mr. Parveen Bansal.
Mr. Parveen Bansal, newly appointed Liquidator is directed to continue the proceedings.
