Judgment
With a grievance that the respondents did not accept his joining pursuant to office order dated 31.10.2013, the petitioner has approached this Court.
Heard.
On his own saying, the petitioner admits that he did not tender his joining within 15 days of the office order dated 31.10.2013. The reason disclosed by the petitioner is contained in a certificate of a doctor namely, Dr. T. S. Jha, whereunder it is mentioned that from 25.11.2013 to 21.02.2015 he was suffering from neurological problems. The alleged joining letter vide Annexure-4 (at page 26 of the writ petition) does not bear receiving from the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Garhwa. Along with the doctor''s certificate the petitioner has not produced any other medical report which may indicate that he was suffering from some neurological problem. Interestingly, vide order dated 31.10.2013 the
employees were granted 15 days'' time whereas, the petitioner allegedly suffered from neurological problem on 25.11.2013, that is, after two weeks from office order dated 31.10.2013.
In the aforesaid facts, I find no merit in the writ petition and accordingly, it is dismissed.
