Judgment

The petitioner claims that he is an innocent and he is also willing to settle the issue with the defacto complainant, for which, the petitioner requires a short accommodation of interim bail, enabling the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and to solve the issue amicably.
2.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, interim bail is granted till 15.04.2024, with a further direction that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police in the morning at 10.30 a.m. and in the evening at 05.00 p.m. The respondent police shall find out the possibility of a settlement, if any. The petitioner has to surrender before the Prison on 16.04.2024. The petitioner is expected to furnish a substantial surety to ensure his availability during the enquiry to be conducted by the police, for which, the petitioner has offered that the Secretary of Islamic Sevai Sangam is prepared to stand as a surety for the appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner also undertakes to surrender his passport before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. The Court shall verify the genuineness of the same.
3.Apart from that, the petitioner's parents have to furnish sureties to the value of Rs.50,000/- each. The said Secretary also has to furnish surety to the value of Rs.50,000/-.
4.The petitioner claims that the said Secretary is also having a permanent shop at Indhira Nagar, Sakkimangalam, Madurai. The concerned Court shall verify whether he is having such shop. He is also expected to produce the documents before the concerned Court whether he is having a permanent shop. The petitioner shall to co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent Police shall file a report in this regard.
5.Post the matter for further hearing on 18.04.2024.
