Mr. J.L. Bhardwaj, Learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition in order to enable the petitioner to make a representation to respondent No. 2. Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to respondent No. 2 within a period of three weeks from today. Thereafter, the same shall be decided by respondent No. 2 by passing a speaking order within a further period of four weeks after production of copy of this judgment by the petitioner. The respondent No. 2, while considering the case of the petitioner, shall take into consideration all the pleas and grounds taken by the petitioner in her representation including the fact as to whether she has received the call letter in question or not. It is made clear that in case the representation made by the petitioner is allowed, she will be given due seniority from the date when the persons belonging to her batch have been given the same. The pending application (s), if any shall also stand disposed of. No costs.
