@JUDGMENT-JUDGMENT
The learned advocate for the petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within 48 hours of normal functioning of the court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up. The application being CRAN 3989 of 2020 is accordingly allowed. Though Daulatabad P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020 was registered against the petitioners under sections 498A/ 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code it is ascertained from the memo of evidence that there is no injury report of the victim/defacto-complainant to show that she was even assaulted by the petitioners.
Considering such aspect of the matter, the petitioners are entitled to be released on anticipatory bail. In the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with further condition that the petitioner no. 1, shall meet the Investigation Officer of the case once in a week until further order. The application being 5626 of 2020 is allowed.
