The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The

petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

It is alleged that the petitioners have inflicted injuries on the de facto complainant. It appears that there is a dispute between the petitioners and the de

facto complainant relating to a pathway of the land.

Considering the nature of injury suffered by the complainant and the cause disclosed in the case diary, we are of the opinion that the petitioners are

not required for any custodial interrogation and accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a

bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with one surety of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be

subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. In case of the breach of any of the conditions,

the anticipatory bail shall automatically cancelled without any further reference to Court.

CRM 5347 of 2020 and CRAN 3662 of 2020 are disposed of.
