Heard Party-in-Person for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.N.J.Sharma on behalf of the respondent-State.

Rule. Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State.

By way of this application the applicant prays for being released on temporary bail for the purpose of providing financial assistance to the family.

It appears that the present applicant is arraigned as an accused in connection with an FIR bearing CR. No. 11191024231178/2023 registered with Ramol Police Station, Ahmedabad City.

Considering the submissions made by the Party-in-Person, learned APP and having perused the documents on record as well as the jail report, it would appear to this Court that the present applicant is in custody since 17.12.2023. It appears that lastly the applicant was released on temporary bail in the month of November, 2024 for a period of seven days, on which occasion, he had reported back in time. The jail conduct of the applicant is also stated to be good.

Considering such a position, this Court is inclined to consider this application. Hence, the applicant is directed to be released on temporary bail for a period of 07 Days (Seven Days) from the date of his actual release on executing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Jail Authority.

The applicant shall surrender before Jail Authority on completion of temporary bail, without fail. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
