Judgment

Counsel for the applicant has moved I.A No. 22497 of 2023, an application for extension of time of temporary granted on earlier occasion for further period of 30 days, relating to FIR No.1041/2021 dated (not mentioned) registered at Police Station Kolgawan, District Satna, for the offence under Sections 8/20 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
He submits that there is no body to look after the minor children of the present applicant and therefore, he is asking that further 30 days' time be extended of his temporary bail so that in between present applicant could make some arrangement of the minor children.
Although, Shri S.K Kashyap -Government Advocate has opposed the submission and submitted that looking to the nature of crime in which present applicant has been arrested, he cannot be granted any further benefit and period of temporary is since over and applicant should surrender before the authority.
Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties and looking to the fact that the present applicant has two minor children and there is no body to look after them. Accordingly, I.A No. 22497 of 2023 is allowed and temporary bail granted on earlier occassion is extended for further 15 days from tomorrow onwards and applicant be released on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with a surety bond of like amount to the satisfaction of CJM Satna for his surrender on completion of 15 days.
It is made clear that no further extension after expiry of 15 days time shall be granted to the present applicant.
It is further directed that applicant shall surrender immediately on completion of 15 days from the date of his release before the CJM Satna. It is also directed that if applicant fails to surrender on completion of 15 days from the date of his release, the CJM Satna shall take appropriate steps for securing his arrest.
