This is the application filed by the applicant under section 528 / 483 of the BNSS,,2023 for extension of temporary bail granted earlier vide order dated 13/10/2025 passed in MCRC no. 43395/2025 in connection with Crime No.188/2023 registered at Police Station - Agar, District - Agar Malwa (M.P.) for offence punishable under Section 8/15 of NDPS Act.
Learned counsel for the applicant referring to OPD prescription by Dr. Pawan Singh of Gandhi Medical College & Hamidia Hospital, Bhopal advising the patient to undergo necessary procedure for angioplasty on 16/11/2025, requests that the temporary bail granted earlier to the applicant be extended for further period of 15 days.

On due consideration, the application is allowed and the temporary bail granted earlier vide order dated 13/10/2025 passed in MCRC no. 43395/2025 is hereby extended on same terms and conditions for a period of further 15 days. The applicant shall surrender before the trial Court on or before expiry of 15 days.
Necessary papers regarding surrender of the applicant and treatment of his wife be furnished to this Court.
