Judgment
The final order was pronounced on 29.07.2024 in the instant Company Petition and uploaded on the website. However, on perusal of the order, it is noted that a typographical error occurred in the order wherein the IBBI Registration No. of the Resolution Professional i.e., Mr. Prashant Agrawal is written as IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00031/2016-2017/10068 instead of IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00053/2017-18/10127 in the order. The same shall be read as IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00053/2017-18/10127. Similarly, in Para 6.4 at page 14 of the Order, inadvertently the amount in words was written as "Rupees Fifty Crore Twenty-Two Lakhs Only" instead of "Rupees Fifty-Eight Crore Twenty-Two Lakhs Only". The same shall be read as "Rupees Fifty-Eight Crore Twenty-Two Lakhs Only". Hence, by taking the suo-moto action under Rule 154 of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016, the aforesaid corrections are made in the Order dated 29.07.2024. This order be uploaded and send by the Registry along with the main order.
