Judgment
Mr. Prakhar Tandon i/b Mr. Agam H. Maloo, Ld. Counsel for the Applicant present.
This is an Application seeking rectification of typographical mistakes in the order dated 19.04.2023. This Bench has perused the records and finds that necessary order needs to be passed. Accordingly, the following order is passed to rectify the mistakes as pointed out in the Application.
a. On page 1 under the heading 'Appearances', the recorded appearances shall be substituted by the following:
"For the Applicant/RP in IA(IBC) no. 1576(MB) of 2021: Adv. Rohit Gupta a/w Adv. Prakhar Tandon, Adv. Agam H. Maloo and Adv. mahma Shah i/b Intralegal"
"For the Applicant/RP in IA(IBC) no. 333(MB) of 2021: Adv. Prakhar Tandon i/b Adv. Agam H Maloo".
b. At page 2, para 2.1 third line, the number “25.05.2020” shall be replaced by the number “26.05.2020”.
c. At page 3, third line, the number “19.06.2022” shall be replaced by the number “19.06.2020”.
d. At page 3, para 2.6, third line, the number “16.12.2020” shall be replaced by the number “06.12.2020”.
e. At page 4, first line, the number “08.02.202” shall be replaced by the number “08.02.2021”.
f. At page 8, below para 5, the existing table shall be replaced by the following table with full contents:
