This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioner/Respondent under Sec.482 Cr.P.C., seeking to set aside the order dated 18.03.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.12 of 2015 in M.C.No.1 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Family Judge-cum-VII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Eluru, West Godavari filed by granting interim maintenance.
None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that M.C.No.1 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Family Judge-cum-VII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Eluru, West Godavari, was disposed of on 11.04.2016, granting monthly maintenance, and filed e-copy of the Case Status, to that effect.
In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this criminal petition for adjudication. Therefore, recording the submission of the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
