O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant would be satisfied and it would meet the ends of justice, if a direction is given to respondent No. 2, to decide his pending representation dated 09.10.2023 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a time frame.
Accordingly, the Original Application is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the applicant’s pending representation dated 09.10.2023 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Respondents are further directed to communicate the order so passed to the applicant.
So long as applicant’s representation remains pending with Respondent No. 2, the applicant shall be permitted to work in the Office of Child Development Project Officer, Poshan Project, Udhampur.
With these directions, O.A. No. 1408 of 2023 is disposed of.
