Judgment

Heard Sri C. Prakash Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and Sri T. Sanjeeva Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue; Ms. C. Sowya, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Y. Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for ZPPs, MPPs and Gram Panchayat and Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development.
The Panchayat Secretary, Tadiparru, Undrajavaram Mandal, East Godavari District (Respondent No.6) has furnished the Written Instructions dated 19.03.2025; the Revenue Divisional Officer (Respondent No.4) has furnished the Written Instruction dated 24.03.2025 and the District Gram Panchayat Officer, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District (Respondent No.3) has also submitted the Written Instructions dated 06.04.2025. Copies of all the Written Instructions have been supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners. The same are taken on record.
The above Written Instructions of all the Official Respondents unanimously state that the Panchayat Land has never been alienated in favour of anyone for any communal purpose, much less for construction of Temple.
Having taken note of all the Written Instructions, as mentioned above, this Court is of the opinion that, no further consideration in this Writ Petition is necessary in view of the Written Instructions that the Gram Panchayat Land has not been alienated in favour of anyone for construction of Temple.
5.With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
