Dr. S.N.Pathak, J

The petitioner has approached this Court for direction upon the respondents to hold and declare that petitioner is entitled to get the sanction and benefit of third M.A.C.P., and consequently for issuance of revised pay slip as per seventh Pay Revision and payment of pension and other retiral benefits with 18% interest.

At the very outset, it has been submitted by Mr. Mrinal Kanti Roy that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed as he has received the benefit of 3rd M.A.C.P. However, respondents have not certified the service book and issued the pay slip due to which the petitioner is facing problem in getting the post retiral benefits.

On the other hand, Ms. Shivani Kapoor, learned Counsel representing the respondent-State submits that if the petitioner approaches the respondent-authorities his grievances shall also be redressed.

In view of the submissions of the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation regarding certification of service book and issuance of pay slip before the respondent No.1 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of representation the respondent No.1 shall consider the representation of the petitioner sympathetically and pass order within a period of two weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
