Tarun Agarwala, Presiding Officer
No one appears to press the appeal on behalf of the appellant. We find that the appellant has challenged the order dated July 31, 2019 passed by the Adjudicating Officer ('AO' for short) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI' for short). There is a delay of 733 days in the filing of the appeal. The ground urged is that the appellant was not aware of the impugned order. We also find that against the same order Appeal nos. 424, 425, 426, 427, 517 and 158 of 2019 was filed which was dismissed by our order dated August 11, 2021.
In view of the aforesaid, the appeal lacks merit and is dismissed.
The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic.
