No representation on the side of the Applicant.
This is an Application filed by the Resolution Professional seeking the necessary directions in view of the fact that Hon'ble High Court of Bombay has passed winding up order on 02.08.2018 against this Corporate Debtor. Perused the order of Hon'ble High of Bombay dated 02.08.2018 in CP 65/2018.
In view of the above said winding up order passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay, this CIRP cannot continue as provided under Section 11(d) of the Code.
Accordingly, the CIRP order against the Corporate Debtor is recalled and IRP is discharged and the CP is closed.
